START is an exciting and stimulating new magazine for teachers of pre-school and primary art, craft
and design first published in 2003. Published four times a year START is full of ideas and resources
intended to support classroom practice - no nursery or primary school teacher should be without it!
START subscribers have full access to the NSEAD web site, including online access to the International Journal of Art & Design Education and Units of Work.
Current subscribers to START and members of the NSEAD can access back numbers of the magazine by following the link to START archive. To encourage subscriptions to the magazine the archive consists of all issues from Issue 1, but excluding those published in the past twelve months. Back numbers will be added to the archive on a regular basis while maintaining this one year gap.
A year's subscription to START, gives you four bumper issues containing 40 full colour A4 pages, including a pull-out A3 mini poster. Every issue also comes with a two sided A2 poster with teacher's notes. A subscription with website access, costs just £30 per year.
